The gym is equipped with a range of equipment, making it easy for you to stay fit without leaving the property. You can have peace of mind knowing that only authorized visitors will have access to the building. Additionally, there is a dog wash area for your furry friend, making pet care a breeze. Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April, we will install window Air Conditioning in the apartment. Please let us know if you would like to request an earlier installation!
