Norwich University of the Arts is just a 12-minutes’ walk away and the University of East Anglia takes around 30 minutes to reach by bus. Also, the City College Norwich is just 25-minutes away on foot and only 14-minutes by bus. The property offers different room types that cater to the needs of the student studying in Norwich. All the rooms are spacious and designed with the comfort of students in mind to give them a home-away-from-home experience.
Each room comes with a comfortable bed, study area, plenty of storage spaces in the form of a wardrobe, bookshelves and others. When you’re bored of studying the entire day, head to the living room to watch some Netflix shows or movies on the smart TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals and enjoy them with other flatmates. The living rooms and bathrooms are cleaned regularly so you will always find the property neat and tidy. The laundry is free to use.

2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

4. A security deposit of £200 is payable by move-in date and an advance payment of £300 must be done to secure a room.
Should you decide to cancel your booking, it is your responsibility to find a replacement individual to enter into a new contract.
We cannot guarantee that we will find a replacement tenant, which poses a potential risk. In the event that we find a tenant without the use of an agent, there will be no fee. However, should we need to enlist the services of an agent, the cost could amount to up to one month's rent, which we would require you to cover.
