The apartment has a spacious living room with a TV, fully equipped kitchen, renovated bathroom with a bath tub. The bedroom has a big closet that will fit everything you need and the apartment has another room to use a you like.
Every room has a window so the whole apartment is very bright.
Washer and dryer are located in the basement and for your use only.
The apartment is easily accessible in a very quiet area.
Tram station 5 min away, you will need about 20 min to the city center.
There is also a parking spot available on the premises.
Rent includes utilities, wifi and electricity costs.
The security deposit is 1800€ and the minimum rental period is 1 month, although we would prefer to rent for longer periods
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
