Diese gemütliche 2-Zimmer Wohnung ist neu renoviert und komplett möbliert. Das Wohnhaus befindet sich in zweiter Reihe und ist somit sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfen, Pfannen, Decken, Kissen, Bettwäsche, Hand- und Badetüchern, einer Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett und vielem mehr.

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett (160x200) und einen Kleiderschrank. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Funktionssofa (180x200),ein Schlafsessel (80x180) eine Wohnwand, Fernseher und Blue Ray-Player.
Auch die Küche ist mit allen elektronischen Geräten ausgestattet. Unter anderem Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Kochfeld und Mikrowelle sowie einem Esstisch der bis zu 4 Personen Platz bietet.
In 2 Minuten Fußweg gelangt man an die nächste Busstation Nelson-Mandela-Platz/Südausgang und in 3 Minuten zur S-Bahn Station Celtisplatz. Auch viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
This cozy 2 room apartment is newly renovated and fully furnished. The house is located in the second row and is therefore very quiet. The apartment is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, blankets, pillows, bed linen, towels, a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and much more.
There are two separate rooms, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and a wardrobe. The living room has two multi function sofas (180x200 & 80x200), a wall unit, TV and Blue Ray player.
The kitchen is equipped with all electronic devices. Among other things, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, hob and microwave as well as a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 people. In a 2 minute walk you can reach the nearest bus station Nelson Mandela Square and in 3 minutes get to the S-Bahn station Celtisplatz. Many restaurants and shops are within a few minutes.
