Gardens h.d. Veste is a very innovative district in the city of Nuremberg. The Imperial Castle can be reached on foot in just 15 minutes. Immediately to the left of the house entrance is the self-service laundromat, which is open every day. Open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. To the right of the house entrance is the REWE store, which is open Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. There is also a very nice bar that offers delicious cocktails and also has great Thai cuisine. U3 stop Kaulbachplatz is only 150 meters away on foot. With this you can be at the main train station in 5 minutes, at the exhibition center in 20 minutes and at the airport in 25 minutes. Friedrich-Ebert-Platz is 300 meters from the apartment. There are great restaurants here (including my favorite Greek, the Platnersanlage), a dm market, net, pharmacy, Der Beck, coffee house, etc. ... Klinikum Nord is also in the immediate vicinity and only a 10-15 minute walk away. E-scooters are available almost on every corner and VAG bicycles can also be rented. I think that's great !! Now to the features of the smart, innovative apartment:
- Entrance area: Smart door pad from NUKI. Here you can first open the door using a keyboard code, remote control or the classic way with the key.
- Corridor area: Here is a 2-door sliding-door wardrobe with a mirror / white glass door. This is divided with a clothes rail and shelves for your clothes, laundry, etc.
- Cooking area: L-shaped kitchen in a modern concrete look with offset doors. This includes a Siemens dishwasher 60 cm wide, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all cooking utensils.

To top it off, there is a huge roof terrace in the property on the 1st floor for general use by residents. Here you can grill, chill, drink a delicious drink and meet some of the residents in the summer. The clientele in the house is very good.
