The nearby tram (2 min.) takes you to the main railway station in 7 minutes and thus directly to the city centre. From here you can reach the trade fair in 8 minutes or the airport in 13 minutes. In the opposite direction, the tram takes you to the Reichsparteitagsgelände Documentation Centre in 4 minutes.
A well-stocked Edeka supermarket with a bakery is located right next to the flat. The nearest Ebl-Biomarkt (with snack bar) is at Harsdörfferstraße 32, a 7-minute walk away.
In the near vicinity are the Bundesanstalt für Arbeit (for working people), the Luitpoldhain (for walkers and skaters), the Meistersingerhalle (for music lovers), the Z-Bau (for the alternative arts), the Südbad swimming pool (not only for athletes) and a variety of restaurants that leave little to be desired, from Franconian food to Mediterranean cuisine variations or organic burgers to sushi.
