- A large, wonderful balcony with balcony furniture to relax. There is also smoking area there.
- A fitted kitchen including a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and cutlery for four people.
- A luxurious bathroom with shower, vanity mirror and hairdryer.
- A coin-operated washing machine in the building is available to do laundry.
- A private car parking space for the apartment and a driveway with electric barrier are available.
