I am offering a fully equipped, furnished 3 room apartment incl. WIFI with 72sqm on the ground floor with a large terrace for rent from a rental period of 1 month for a maximum of 3 people. The apartment is very tastefully furnished including bed linen and towels. A large living-dining-kitchen area awaits you when you enter. On the walls are gallery pictures that underline the domestic flair.
Living/dining room: large dining table with 8 seats and a sofa in front of a TV (satellite system) and air conditioning
Terrace: large terrace with lounger and benches and table and awning
large bedroom: large double bed 1.80x200m and secretary
small bedroom: a single bed and a wardrobe, this room can also be transformed into a children's room / study / dressing room
Kitchen: fully equipped with oven, gas stove, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, microwave, crockery, cookware, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cutlery;
Bathroom: shower room with towels and hair dryer
Additional costs: €400.00 all inclusive. There is no final bill. Water, heating, electricity, WIFI, SAT, GEZ and other additional costs are included. Weekly cleaning (2 hours) excl. 100,00€ per month.
Location: in a quiet, bourgeois district close to the center of Offenbach. Walk to the main station 8 minutes, pedestrian zone 10 minutes, S-Bahn Marktplatz 10 minutes. Free public parking is easy to find in front of the front door.
