Housing 3 bedrooms, large living room and kitchen. Very centrally located a few meters from all the central attractions of Oviedo. With very large parking space in the same building. Ideal for families.
The bedrooms are distributed as follows: two bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with single bed. Spacious living room and separate kitchen. Dining table in living room and kitchen. A bathroom and a toilet.
The garage is in the building itself although it does not have access from the inside. It is a garage with an elevator for cars and the place is very spacious. It is ideal to move around the city walking.
Multiple services and restaurants are within the near vicinity.
Please note:
- The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies.
- Utilities are included up to 150€.
- A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price.
- A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
