The apartment is a lovely apartment just renovated and composed as follows:
- Entrance with coat rack and shoe rack to store jackets and shoes;
- Large open space that includes the kitchen and the living room: here you will find every comfort.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: hob, oven, microwave, but also Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. You will also find a table with four chairs where you can enjoy your meals.
The living room is equipped with every comfort: double sofa bed, Smart TV that will allow you, by connecting your Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. account, to spend a quiet evening watching your favorite programs;
- The bedroom has a double bed, two large wardrobe and a desk for your studies or for your smart working;
- In the bathroom you will find a sink, mirror, bidet and shower; also at your disposal a hairdryer and a new and convenient washer-dryer.
The apartment, located on the raised ground floor of the building, is equipped with high-speed WiFi internet connection, air conditioning and heating. Despite being right in the city centre, the apartment has just been equipped with new fixtures and windows that allow you to enjoy tranquility and relaxation, completely isolating you from external noise.
