The apartment has just been renovated and consists of 6 comfortable Single Rooms, 2 Bathrooms with Shower, and a very large fully equipped Kitchen. The furnishings are in a Modern Minimal style, and each room is meticulously designed.
The building is conveniently located in the heart of Padua, a 1-minute walk from the station and a 10-minute walk from the main Squares, such as Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza dei Signori.
The apartment is situated in a highly convenient area, perfect for reaching all the University Faculties in the Portello area (Economics, Engineering, Psychology, etc.), Via Marzolo (Physics, Chemistry, etc.), and via Beato Pellegrino (Languages, Letters, etc.) within a 10-15 minute walk.
The area is lively and perfect for student life: just steps away from the apartment, you'll find the wonderful Giardini dell’Arena, a large park with many kiosks where young people gather for drinks or take a walk with friends.
Essential services are conveniently close at hand: 2 supermarkets are a 5-minute walk from the apartment, and along Corso del Popolo, you'll find several bars, tobacconists, pharmacies, banks, ethnic mini-markets, and various shops.
The area is also well-connected by public transport: several buses and even a tram line run through Corso del Popolo, providing quick access to every area of Padua.
Once the booking is confirmed, you will have to :
✔provide to pay 2 month of deposit
✔pay the administration fee
✔provide all of your documents for the registration of the contract
If you don't provide the required information within one week of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
