The room, for exclusive single use and newly furnished, is equipped with a single bed (90x200 cm), wardrobe, desk with chair and bookcase. The recently renovated apartment is equipped with every possible comfort (bed linen and towels, kitchen equipment). The apartment is equipped with a winter and summer air conditioning system and wifi internet connection. The area is well served by public transport and well connected to the historic center and the train station. The rental contract is individual per room. The condominium and consumption expenses (water, electricity and TARI) are calculated as a flat rate of €100.00 per month. At the beginning of the lease, a security deposit of €1,200.00 must be paid which will be returned at the end of the lease if there are no damages. The cost due for final cleaning and the contents of the room is € 100.00.
