Brand new apartment at Via Toti No. 21 The apartment is very bright, completely renovated, and furnished according to our High Standards.
It consists of: Living Relax Entry Hall, Fully equipped Kitchen, 3 Single Rooms, 1 Double Room, and 2 Bathrooms with showers.
The apartment is situated in a splendid and tranquil residential area in the Arcella neighborhood. Nearby, you can find every type of service: just a short walk from the apartment, there's a Despar supermarket, and you're also close to Prix and McDonald's.
Moreover, in the vicinity, there are various evening venues such as the popular Gasoline Brewery, frequented by young people, the Multiastra Cinema, and Milcovich Park, where the well-known Arcellabella festival takes place during the summer.
If you want to head towards the historical center and the main squares of (hidden), it's a 10-minute bike ride away. Alternatively, a few meters away, you can find the tram and bus stop, where several urban lines pass. You can easily reach the train station on foot or continue towards the city center.
