Affittasi camera matrimoniale in appartamento ammobiliato in via Tiziano Aspetti, 6, 4°piano con ascensore.

L’appartamento è di 140 mq e si compone di
- due camere da letto (una libera, l’altra occupata da me)
- cucina abitabile fornita di microonde, lavastoviglie, forno elettrico, lavasciugatrice
- due bagni (uno sarà ad uso esclusivo dell'affittuario)
- ingresso e soggiorno
- terrazzo
- un garage di piccole dimensioni (no auto, sì bici/scooter). Il riscaldamento è autonomo ed è presente l’aria condizionata caldo/freddo.

COSTI
Il canone mensile è di 530€ per la camera matrimoniale, escluse utenze. Queste saranno divise con me e bilanciate alla fine (stimate in una media di 120€ mese). Le utenze rimarranno intestate a me. Le utenze comprendono:
spese condominiali di pulizia e manutenzione ascensore (parte delle spese condominiali sarà a carico del proprietario secondo Accordo Territoriale del Comune di Padova)

CONTRATTO
Il contratto sarà di tipo transitorio non rinnovabile con caparra di tre mensilità.

THE ROOM AND THE HOUSE
Double room for rent, 18.5 sqm, in a furnished apartment in via Tiziano Aspetti, 6, 4th floor with elevator. The apartment is 140 sqm and consists of:
two bedrooms (one free, the other occupied by me)
eat-in kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, washer-dryer
two bathrooms (one will be for the exclusive use of the tenant)
entrance and living room
terrace
a small garage (no car, yes bike/scooter). The heating is autonomous and there is hot/cold air conditioning.
COSTS
The monthly rent is 530€ for the double room, utilities excluded. These will be divided with me and balanced at the end (estimated at an average of 120€ per month). The utilities will remain registered in my name. Utilities include:
condominium expenses for cleaning and elevator maintenance (part of the condominium expenses will be borne by the owner according to the Territorial Agreement of the Municipality of Padua)
water
electricity
gas
internet
OTHER TENANT
The other room in the house is occupied by me, 35 years old, a researcher at the University of Padua and partner of the owner.


CONTRACT
The contract will be a non-renewable transitional type with a three-month security deposit.
