The apartment is located in Viale Codalunga, in the historic centre of Padua, less than a 10-minute walk from the main squares of Padua, such as Piazza dei Signori and Piazza delle Erbe. Furthermore, the Humanities Faculties of Languages, Letters, Philosophy, etc. are a stone's throw from home. Even the faculties of the Portello area (Engineering, Economics, Psychology, Physics, etc.) can be easily reached in 10 minutes on foot.
The apartment consists of a Large Relax Living Room, Separate fully-equipped kitchen, 8 Single Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a Laundry area, and comfortable Terraces.
The area is really well served and right in the city centre. In front of the building, in Piazza Mazzini, you will find two supermarkets, the PAM and the INS, as well as pizzerias, restaurants, takeaways of all kinds, bars, etc.
In Corso del Popolo, there is a Tram stop. In Viale Codalunga and the adjacent Via Giotto, several bus lines run. Additionally, the apartment is 5 minutes from the train station.
