It has a large terrace, bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, refrigerator, and washing machine), TV, sofa, and air conditioning in the living room. In addition, all bedrooms have a wardrobe, desk, and sofa bed with mattress, pillow, and bedding.
The price includes community fees and water, electricity, and internet costs, up to an agreed monthly limit for responsible use.
