The shared apartment located in Calle Eufemiano Jurado, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria; has 4 bedrooms, semi office kitchen with small laundry area / clothesline, and 1 shared common bathroom.

The cleaning is mandatory according to how they are organized among roommates, you must also keep the common areas in order and clean at the end of their use.

The prices of the monthly rent of the rooms include the electricity, water, gas (they have a ceiling of invoicing/month, if they are passed, the surplus is paid among all the apartment mates, in the same way in the contract this better written).

The internet is free, that is to say, it is not included in the monthly fee, it is a courtesy, so you can use it or not without any problem being already installed, since it is not a service included in the rent.

The rent does not include bed linen, towels, hygiene products, or personal belongings, all of which are provided by the tenants.
