This large old house, completely renovated and furnished, has 4 levels and 12 bedrooms. Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. The common areas are intelligently arranged, allowing everyone to share rich moments together. The house also features two gardens: a smaller one in front of the house and a larger one at the back. Additionally, the house is equipped with a secure bicycle shelter.
Around the apartment
Located a few meters from Paris, it benefits from the immediate proximity to the 20th arrondissement of Paris while having the advantages of a large house with a garden being just outside the capital. Different shops all around and also the Bel-Est Mall.

One way this is done is by way of a sponsored welcome dinner: each time a new member moves in, Our team sponsor a dinner for all housemates to get to know one another. We then hope to see our members come together and join the various other events hosted throughout the year by us or other members!
