Very well-organized, furnished 2nd floor studio with washer/dryer, smart tv, WiFi, closet space, kitchenette in an elevator building in the 9th available Sunday after 4pm thru Thursday at 4pm (or another combination of weeknights). Commitment requires a minimum of one month and maximum six months with potential for extension. The cost per month is based on number of nights staying per week:
One night per week at 520euros/month
Two nights per week at 823euros/month
Three nights per week at 975euros/month
Four nights per week at 1040euros/month
For some periods, all days of the week might be available. Full month is €1250/month
Studio Appartement dans le centre de Paris 9ème avec lave-linge/seche-linge, Smart TV, Wifi, 2ème étage dans un bâtiment avec ascenseur disponible en bail temps partiel du lundi au jeudi toutes les semaines pour quelques semaines ou plusieurs mois (un mois minimum)
Aussi: beaucoup de lumière naturelle, canapé lit avec matelas confortable, lit mezzanine de 180cm longueur, table basse convertible en bureau ou table a manger, des placards, cuisine avec tous les outils, des épices, cafetière, bouilloire , micro-onde four, sèche-cheveux,ustensiles et produits ménagers
Le coût mensuel en function du nombre de nuit par semaine:
1 nuit = 520euros/month
2 nuit = 823euros/month
3 nuit = 975euros/month
4 nuit = 1040euros/month
Parfois, l’appartement sera disponible toute la semaine. Tous les dates du mois est €1250
