- Inquilini: la casa é composta da studenti o giovani lavoratori 20-28 anni. Si tende a mantenere un'occupazione divisa equamente tra inquilini di genere maschile e femminile.
Zona: Posizione super strategica in pieno centro storico, da qui puoi raggiungere la sede dell’Università situata in Corso di Strada Nuova (Filosofia, Economia, Giurisprudenza etc) in 5 min a piedi, oppure a 80 mt trovi la fermata autobus per la Stazione dei treni utile anche per raggiungere il policlinico San Matteo. A pochi passi puoi trovare un mini market e raggiungere a piedi locali e caffetterie situati in Piazza della Vittoria.
