La camera, completamente arredata, è dotata di:

- ampia scrivania, perfetta per studiare o lavorare da casa;

L'immobile si trova in Via Francana 30, in una zona tranquilla e ben servita. Nelle immediate vicinanze sono presenti supermercati, fermate dell'autobus, negozi e tutti i principali servizi. Grazie agli ottimi collegamenti è possibile raggiungere facilmente il centro storico, la stazione ferroviaria e le principali sedi universitarie.

Canone mensile: 350 € + 100 € di rimborso spese (acqua, WI-fi, luce , riscaldamento, tassa rifiuti e condominio)

Requisiti: la stanza è disponibile esclusivamente per persone che non hanno la residenza nel Comune di Pavia e che necessitano di un alloggio per un periodo determinato, come studenti universitari o lavoratori fuori sede.

The property is located at Via Francana 30, in a quiet and well-served area. There are supermarkets, bus stops, shops and all the main services in the immediate vicinity. Thanks to the excellent connections, it is easy to reach the historic center, the train station and the main university campuses.

Monthly fee: 350 € + 100 € expense reimbursement (water, Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, waste tax, and condominium)

Requirements: The room is available exclusively to people who do not have residence in the Municipality of Pavia and who require accommodation for a fixed period, such as university students or off-site workers.
