Located in the prestigious Sanctuary Waters Estate, this home is four doors away from a beautiful lake and manicured park lands. It is close to shops, schools, transport, golf club and
lots more. Our home is very generous in size with 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, study, home theater and additional formal / informal living areas. The outdoor entertaining area is complete with tropical gardens, below ground pool, Bali gazebo hut and massive cedar lined pitched patio area, perfect for outdoor entertaining. We offer queen sized light and bright bedrooms to the rear of the home with fresh linen built in robe and drawers, it is located near second bathroom and toilet for privacy and convenience. We are a family of 4 adults but are now empty nesters .. our children have flown the coop . We are always busy with work and social commitments, we love to travel and we also love our pets (Sonny black and white moggy cat & Cooper a 5kg Maltese silky terrier) We have been a homestay family to mainly Japanese female students for approximately 25 years so we feel very comfortable hosting guests. We are a very social, relaxed family who enjoy outdoor entertaining.
The reason why I had to cancel my last two bookings and had my rating dropped slightly is because we had a family member who become very ill very suddenly … please understand this
