It is compulsory to sign a rental contract which involves administrative fees starting from €97, with the amount varying according to the rent. The guest will be informed of these fees when the contract is signed. IT IS COMPULSORY TO BE IN POSSESSION OF AN ITALIAN TAX CODE.

Enchanting 85 sqm house, organized on several levels, able to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The property, surrounded by greenery and overlooking the pine forest, is located in the center of Tirrenia, less than 1 km from the beach. Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

For check-ins after 21:00 a supplement is required as follows (check-ins will take place in the apartment):
- From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro;
- From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro;
- From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.
