Zona Aereoporto (vicina al centro), posizione strategica e ambita, si affitta una bellissima, luminosa (con doppie finestre) spaziosissima stanza "Stanza Semplice" ristrutturata appositamente per offrire comfort e comodità ai nostri studenti. La stanza è dotata di, letto piazza e mezza, armadio 3 ante, scrivania con portaoggetti, comodino, tendaggi, specchio, libreria e scarpiera; anche un terrazzo privato.
I colori delle pareti favoriscono il buon umore e aiutano nello studio.
*Siccome in questo momento stiamo terminando di ristrutturare l'appartamento, le immagini dell'annuncio sono rappresentativa di una stanza di simili dimensioni e disposizione degli arredi (le ns stanze come colori e arredi sono ttutte uguali!)
Situato al primo piano, circa 90 mq di superficie. È composto da cucina non abitabile più una saletta da pranzo, 1 Bagno e 4 stanze singole. L'appartamento è ottimamente ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di WI-FI, lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata.

In the Airport area (close to the city center), a strategic and sought-after location, we're renting a beautiful, bright (with double windows), very spacious "Stanza Semplice" room, specifically renovated to offer our students comfort and convenience. The room is equipped with a queen-size bed, a three-door wardrobe, a desk with storage, a bedside table, curtains, a mirror, a bookcase, and a shoe rack; it also includes a private terrace.
The wall colors promote a good mood and aid study.
*Since we are currently finishing renovating the apartment, the listing images are representative of a room of similar size and furniture layout (our rooms are all the same in terms of color and furnishings!)
Located on the first floor, approximately 90 square meters. It consists of a separate kitchen, a small dining room, one bathroom, and four single bedrooms. The apartment has been beautifully renovated to provide everything our students need. It features Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen.
