ROOM n.17- Nice room (9 sqm), with windows, parquet floor in a spacious apartment (about 160 sqm) and completely renovated, on the fourth floor (with elevator).
The apartment is located in Via Mazzini in the center 100 meters from Corso Italia, in a modern and elegant building. The central station can be reached in 5 minutes and bus stops are 100 meters (red and green Lam). The apartment is shared with international or Italian university students. It is close to all services
(pharmacy, supermarket, bar, tobacconist, piadineria / pizzeria), shops and all university faculties are easily reached on foot:

- ideal for the faculties of Engineering, Pharmacy, Medicine, Law, Languages, Biology, Political Sciences, Philosophy (hidden phone number)mt)
- Economics, Agriculture and Veterinary are about 1 km away
- Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics and Fibonacci Pole about 1.5 km away

The apartment has been completely renovated and with new furnishings designed for student comfort, it is composed beyond this room by:
- 4 single rooms (standard with TV connection) and 3 very spacious suite rooms (additional furniture and TV);

- "ALL INCLUSIVE" price means that all costs are included in the price: monthly rent, condominium expenses, heating, gas, electricity, water, waste tax and unlimited fast fiber Wi-Fi.
This allows you to study in total serenity, having the security of a certain price every month without surprises.
So recapitulating: - no agency fees - no security deposit - no utilities header. You will only have a a one-time initial fixed cost of € 390 to be paid when booking a room, that includes: drafting and registration of the contract (taxes and stamps), cleaning of entry and exit, insurance, maintenance. The apartment is supplied with pots, plates, cutlery etc. Obviously everything completely new!
