The house consists of a large bathroom with tub and window , two more bedrooms , a kitchen, a dining room with a terrace area , a utility room . The area is wery quiet , but very close to Polo Piagge ,to the faculties: Economia, Agraria and others. It is located near to, supermarkets and the university canteen. Rental costs include: heating, condominium expenses, maintenance, internet wi-fi at maximum power, waste tax.
