The free room is small (about 9 square meters) but well furnished (new furniture!), Cozy and functional (TV and WiFi Fibra), with french window overlooking the terrace, very bright and well exposed.

The apartment is located in a small complex very quiet in Via San Giovanni Bosco n.42, a few steps from the Fibonacci Pole and close to all services (pharmacy, self-service laundry, supermarket, bar, tobacconist, pizzeria) within walking distance .
Opposite is the bus stop (Lam verde) for which all journeys are comfortable; in front of the house there is a cycle-pedestrian track.
Close to all university faculties:
- ideal for the faculties of Computer Science, Physics and Mathematics (800 mt)
- also close to Economics, Agriculture, Veterinary and Jurisprudence all within a radius of 1.5 km
The renovated apartment with new furnishings designed for student comfort, consists of:
- 4 single rooms (with TV and fiber-optic Wi-Fi)
- A windowed bathroom with shared shower;
- completely new and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, 1 fridge, freezer, and all the accessories included);

You will only have a a one-time initial fixed cost of € 390 to be paid when booking a room, that includes: drafting and registration of the contract (taxes and stamps), cleaning of entry and exit, insurance, maintenance.
