- A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and a variety of kitchen utensils and crockery
- A private balcony with wooden deck flooring and outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying breakfast or unwinding after a day out. The balcony also features a laundry area with a washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board

Check-ins after midnight are subject to a €20 fee, payable in cash at the time of check-in.
