Looking for somewhere in Porto that feels like a home rather than just another rental?
We are offering a fully furnished 1-bedroom independent apartment, available from 1 October, for stays of 3 months or longer.
The apartment is part of a peaceful green property next to Oriental Park, with a large shared garden and swimming pool, while still being within easy reach of Porto city centre.
The apartment includes a comfortable bedroom, private bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioning and internet.
The bedroom can be arranged with one double bed or two single beds, making the apartment suitable for one person, a couple or two friends/colleagues sharing.
💻 Dedicated work or study areas can also be arranged, including two separate workspaces if needed, making it particularly suitable for remote workers, researchers or people coming to Porto for a temporary professional or academic stay.
€1000/month – all bills included:

The garden 🌿
One of the things that makes the property special is its outdoor space. Guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool and large garden, as well as a small vegetable garden and aromatic herbs.
If you enjoy gardening, you are very welcome to use the vegetable and herb garden and even help care for it.
Although we value a calm atmosphere and everyone's privacy, we also enjoy having friendly neighbours around — perhaps sharing a coffee, a glass of wine or an occasional meal from time to time.
There is absolutely no expectation to socialise; we simply want this to remain a friendly and pleasant place to live.
