It is able to accommodate up to 2 guests - perfect for a solo traveler or a couple - and features a living room area with a television, a double bed, a dining area, a kitchenette (equipped with a mini fridge, stove, and microwave), and a bathroom. Wi-Fi is available.
Where to pick up the keys: at the apartment.
Monthly rentals: Expenses (Electricity, Water, Gas...) are included in the price until max .: € 100
Tourist City Tax: if applicable, it will be charged at check-in.
Last month ́s rent payable in advance: mandatory for stays of 4 months or more.
In case of early departure, the security deposit will be charged.
