The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a building with only 3 flats, in a very quiet environment.

All the rooms are a real Art Gallery, with the support of L'Agenzia di Arte there are works by various artists on display.
Utilities are not included.
Cleaning: 35 Eur/month, (2 cleanings)
The tenant pays 1 month of rent through the platform, at check-in the tenant has to pay the security deposit and another month of rent in advance. There is also a city tourist tax of 21 euros PER person that tenant pays at check-in, that is the "Other cost" of 21 euros you will see in the costs overview.
There is a garage available for light cars for 12 Eur/day or 150 Eur/month, upon prior reservation. Larger vehicles can park on the street or in public parks just 100 metres from the flat.
