The apartment is located in a multi-family building constructed in 1996, right in the middle of the newly developed residential area in the Kirchsteigfeld district of Potsdam. This quiet neighborhood is the newest residential area in Potsdam, situated in the southeast of the city and in close proximity to the A115 motorway (Potsdam-Drewitz exit). A small pond and a lovely park are located directly behind the building.
Bus and tram stops are just a few minutes’ walk away. By car, the Europarc Dreilinden business park can be reached in 7 minutes, and Berlin-West in about 10–15 minutes.
Supermarkets, a pharmacy, a medical center, a bakery, restaurants/cafés/bistros, as well as the Stern-Center shopping mall are all within walking distance.
