The 1-room apartment covers about 20 square meters. The living/sleeping area is furnished with a single bed, a dessert with light, a closet and a table. There is an open kitchen, which is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, dishes and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a modern shower and high quality sanitary equipment. Towels and bed linen are available.
In the common area of the very exclusive villa there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Furthermore there is a very impressive entrance area with seating.
The villa is located on a very greened property in Potsdam directly at the Holy Lake in the popular district Berlin Suburb. Within walking distance are various supermarkets, restaurants and a bakery. The central station of Potsdam can be reached in 20 to 25 minutes by bus or streetcar, by car it takes about 8 minutes. From there you have a very good connection to Berlin.
