The apartment has 2 1/2 inviting rooms, furnished with a new equipment.
The completely furnished apartment offers space for up to two persons. Bed linen, as well as pillows and blankets are also sufficiently available. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality built-in appliances such as dishwasher, coffee machine and induction cooker.
In the corridor a built-in closet is installed, which offers place for clothes and further.
The apartment is located in central Potsdam in a very popular residential area in a quiet location near Berlin with many leisure and sports facilities. Supermarkets and shops are within walking distance and popular cafés and restaurants are also just around the corner. The excellent transport connections to the S-Bahn, tram and bus network offer an ideal starting point to get to all corners of Potsdam or Berlin quickly and easily.
The residential building is located in the 2nd row of houses. The city centre can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Directly next to it is the Sanssoucipark.

Die komplett eingerichtete Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu zwei Personen. Bettwäsche, sowie Kissen und Decken sind auch dafür ausreichend vorhanden. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Einbaugeräten wie Geschirrspüler, Kaffemaschine und Induktionsherd.
Im Flur ist ein hochwertiger Einbauschrank eingebaut, der Platz für Kleidung und weiteres bietet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im zentralen Potsdam in einer sehr beliebten Wohngegend in ruhiger Lage mit vielen Freizeit- und Sportmöglichkeiten. Supermärkte und Shops sind fußläufig zu erreichen und auch beliebte Cafés und Restaurants sind gleich um die Ecke. Die hervorragende Verkehrsanbindung an S-Bahn, Tram und Busnetz bietet einen idealen Ausgangspunkt um schnell und einfach in alle Ecken Potsdams oder Berlins zu kommen.
Das Wohngebäude befindet sich in 2. Hausreihe. Die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Unmittelbar daneben befindet sich der Sans Souci Park.
