This four-story townhouse was completely renovated and converted into student shared apartments for four residents each, due to its proximity to the University of Potsdam. Each apartment features a modern, fully equipped fitted kitchen including Siemens appliances such as a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, and fridge-freezer (dishes, cutlery, cookware, etc. are already provided).
Each shared apartment has three bathrooms, each with a window, a vanity, a shower, and a toilet. The bathrooms are modernly designed and equipped with mirrors, lighting, and bathroom accessories.
The private rooms feature large windows and are already furnished to a high standard with a sliding-door wardrobe, a bed with drawers for storage, and a comfortable workspace including a desk lamp. Curtains/blinds, a floor lamp, and ceiling spotlights are already installed and included in the rental.
The adjacent outbuilding, which serves as a laundry room with three washing machines and two dryers (tokens for washing machines and dryers are distributed by the caretaker), is available to all residents 24 hours a day.

Geschwister-Scholl-Straße is a leafy, quiet street in Potsdam West, close to Sanssouci Park and the city center. It’s primarily residential, with a mix of local cafés, bakeries, and shops for daily living.
The area is very safe, green, and family-friendly, ideal for professionals who want calm living while staying connected to Potsdam’s cultural and work hubs. Public transport is convenient, with buses and nearby S-Bahn stations providing easy access to central Potsdam and Berlin.
