I will rent a single room in an apartment in the Sobieski housing estate in Poznań.
The apartment has been renovated. At the Tenant's disposal: a sofa bed, a desk with a chair, a wardrobe, a shelf. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary household appliances: including a large fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, etc. The room is locked with a key.
The apartment has a fast Wi-Fi internet connection.
The offer is aimed at young working and studying people who value comfort, cleanliness, and peace.
Great location! The apartment is located in a good communication point: 100 meters from the tram and bus junction at the PST "Szymanowskiego" station. Nearby there are grocery stores such as Kaufland, Lidl and Biedronka.
The best would be to rent the room till the end of September, but I can also consider shorter stays.
