This single room, located in a shared apartment for two people on the second and third floors, offers a quiet, airy atmosphere, ideal for concentration and relaxation. It is furnished with a 120cm bed, a study area with a desk and chair, and a Smart TV that can also be used as a work monitor. High-speed Wi-Fi ensures a smooth experience for both studying and entertainment. The shared areas include a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, and sink; a lounge with a Smart TV and comfortable beanbag chairs; and a shared bathroom. Two cleanings per month are included to ensure a well-maintained environment.
