Are you looking for housing in the outskirts of Madrid and wanted an apartment? In (hidden) we have just what you’ve been looking for.

This stunning and renovated apartment has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and an open area where you’ll find the living room: with sofa, desk and TV; and a kitchen with dining room, here you’ll find a microwave and a washing machine.

This apartment is located in Pozuelo de Alarcón, a very calm town on the outskirts of Madrid where you’ll find lots of restaurants, shops, parks and from where you’ll, easily, be able to access Francisco de Vitoria University , the ESIC and the Somosaguas Campus from Complutense University of Madrid.

The nearest station is Pozuelo , where you’ll be able to hop on the train (C7, C10 and Regional).

Rental conditions:

- Free Check-in time: 9:00h - 18:00h from Monday to Friday.
- We offer to pick up service from the airport with a cost of 65€+VAT
- The utility costs are as described in the listing. Nevertheless, if the usage of utilities exceeds the amount that the fixed price for utilities covers, it might be that extra costs will have to be paid.
