The fully furnished studio has its own closet, sofa, and dining table. Also, the washing machine is available in the laundry room inside the house and it’s free to use without any extra payment. The size of the studio apartment is around 18m2.
Price includes EVERYTHING (high-speed wi-fi internet, energy and water utilities, etc.). A security deposit in the amount of one month's rent is required. If your stay is less than 3 months, then a deposit is 50% of the monthly rent. On top of all, we can provide you with proof of accommodation or a business license.
