We offer a beautiful, fully equipped modern apartment for rent a nicely designed new building with a size of 40 m2 on the 2nd floor with an elevator near Brumlovka and BB Centrum. The studio is very spacious and bright.
The apartment has a Smart TV, Netflix, YouTube, Google Chrome, etc., a kitchen unit, a spacious bathroom with underfloor heating, with a shower, toilet and washing machine, and an anteroom with storage space. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Tchibo coffee machine, electric cooker, kettle, dishes and cutlery. The apartment has a wooden floor.
The apartment is very quiet, in a residential area. To relax, you can use the common garden with a gazebo belonging to the house. Excellent accessibility - tram 11 (11 min to IP Pavlova) and 14 (14 min to Karlovo nám.), Michelská station is only a 2-minute walk away, and buses to BB Centrum, Brumlovce and Pankráci are only 1 min from the house.
