Hello, this is a place I live in and I am only planning to rent it out for a short term for period of time when I travel in the fall. Please view this more as a house swap. I am looking for someone to stay here for 3 to 12 weeks. The location is great, close to the park and National gallery not far from touristy city center. Best for a Nomad or someone moving.
