This building located in Praha, offers cosy studios with a spacious terrace and fully equipped kitchen. It also has a great location, being 1 stop away from the main railway station direct line to Václav Havel Airport and 3 stops from Wenceslas. The whole property has a total capacity of 27 separate studios with their own bathroom, and the studios size goes from 18m2 to 35m2. The tenants can also take use of a Laundry room with two washing machines free of charge and weekly cleaning of common areas. Please notice the deposit corresponds to 2 months rent and is required before arrival. If a tenant cancels more than one month before the start of the contract, we return full the security deposit. For an overnight guest, - a fee is applied.
