My house is located in a privileged place, surrounded by mountains and gorgeous weather especially in summer as it is in a small central valley connecting within minutes to the north, south and west my beautiful capital city "Quito". Easy to get public transport and we also have home delivery food when you want to apply.
The house is 3 storey townhouse in the first two floors and Eternit on the 3rd floor. It has living room, American style kitchen, guest bathroom and a study room on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor you will find the guest bedroom, my bedroom and bathroom, on the 3rd floor is the penthouse and terrace area. I also count on a machine room, patio with BBQ and a large meeting to enjoy, breakfast or any other meal space.
Next to my house is the house of my parents who also can enjoy and share. We have an extra terrace overlooking the street and in which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains or go to the largest sun or simply enjoy a moment of reading terrace.
If you love sports you can go out and walk around the neighborhood offering ups and downs and if you want my lovely dog Jack can accompany you in your daily routine.
My family is large will be provided to share moments of relaxation that you will plan. Almost always we meet in different houses in my family: we see movies, prepare a meal, celebrate birthdays, organize something when we have holidays, we went for a walk in and out of town, or just go out to enjoy the exquisite national food and International you'll find here in my city.
