We are offering our fully furnished flat in the old town of Regensburg for temporary rent. The flat is on the 2nd floor of a charming old building and has everything you need for relaxed temporary living:
Large kitchen (incl. microwave, airfryer, fridge)
Cosy living room with couch, projector, bookshelf, electric piano
Two bedrooms
Large bathroom with two washbasins, bathtub & separate shower
TV in one room
Wooden floor in all rooms
Washing machine & tumble dryer for shared use in the house
Important:
No pets
According to the tenant, the flat may only be occupied by two people.
Water plants 2x per week
Daily airing desired
Storage room not usable during the period
Handover of keys:
Move in: 28.09.
Move out: 06.12.
