The bedroom has a bed that is 140x200cm and is brand new (2022). Everything is newly painted, there is a desk, chair and a closet for your clothes. There is a great wifi connection in the bedroom. You have a private balcony in this bedroom.
There are 3 other rooms inside this apartment and there is also 1 bedroom down in (hidden)ment which has access to the common areas in the apartment.
The apartment is on the first floor in a beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to both universities and is in walking distance from downtown Reykjavík. There is high-speed internet (Wifi) at the apartment, and it is included in the rent.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes away from the apartment. The apartment is within walking distance from Kringlan (6-8 minutes walking) which is Iceland's second biggest mall with a big food court and a lot of stores.
In Kringlan there is also Bónus which is Iceland’s cheapest supermarket. Suðurver is only 400 meters away and there is a small supermarket and a bakery. There is also another smaller supermarket (Sunnubúð) which is 350 meters away.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, fridge and all the necessities you need. There is a washing machine inside the apartment. I am always available if you have any questions regarding the apartment so feel free to contact me.
