The room is in an apartment in the west part of Reykjavík, close to the sea, shops and a walking distance to the University (ca. 20-30 minutes) The flat owner lives there too when not working away and a small dog. One other room will be rented out. Only female students will be accepted for the room. The room is for single occupation only so friends or family are not expected to stay over.
