Beautiful attic penthouse located on the fifth floor of a building in Via Guido Guinizelli, in the heart of the Monteverde Vecchio district, a short distance from the public park of Villa Pamphili and the picturesque Rione Trastevere. It consists of a comfortable double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a modernly equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a fantastic terrace with a table with chairs and sun loungers to enjoy a moment of relaxation on this wonderful terrace. The amenities, which include air conditioning, LCD TV and washing machine, and the location well connected by an efficient public transport network (a short distance from the Quattro Venti train station from which you can arrive in a few minutes in San Pietro and Trastevere.
It is the historic center of the city's restaurants and pizzerias, and also of many small places where you can drink and listen to music. In the main square, S. Maria in Trastevere, there is the church built in 1138 with important mosaics from the period. Going along Via Garibaldi you arrive at the Gianicolo, with a view over the city center and towards the south, up to the mountains. A short distance from Campo de 'Fiori and Piazza Navona.
