This property is located on a quiet street next to the main and commercial streets of Collatina. The neighbourhood is very alive and vibrant! The area is highly commercial, you'll find CC Spazio Conad (formerly Auchan) in a few hundred meters, Post Office, catering services, bars, gyms, pharmacies, green area and much more down every block! Within walking distance, you will reach "Prenestina/Cocconi" bus and tram stops, and more other means of transport are available nearby too, which makes it a very convenient location.

The contract registration fee is equal to 60 euros. This fee has to be paid at check-in.

Since this is a necessary fee, if it is not paid within 2 days after the check-in has been done, I will cancel the booking.
