The balcony is shared among the residents, providing a common space to enjoy the outdoors. The rest of the building is undergoing renovation, with plans to transform it into a museum in the near future once the work is completed. Although the transformation is underway, the museum is not yet open to the public.We inform you and kindly ask for you patience if you hear construction noise, as it's part of the remodeling process and read this carefully before you make the reservation.We have a device that detects indoor climate, crow detect, loud noises, and smoke. Therefore, we ask for your cooperation in following these rules:1. Temperature must not exceed 23°C2. Loud noises are prohibited between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. (partys are not allow at any moment)3. Smoking is prohibited on the premises4.
