As per 1st August 2025 we can offer you this spacious 105 m2, lovely apartment with lots of light!
This 3-room apartment is completely furnished, it is situated on the 8th floor, it has a big balcony on the south side and two bedrooms.
The apartment is very well located in the Rotterdam Centrum district, on a 5 minutes walking distance from the Erasmus Medical University, in the direct neighborhood are restaurants, bars and the famous Veerhaven. Supermarket Albert Heijn is on a walking distance of 2 minutes.
The two bedrooms offer space for respectively 2 students or a family with 1 or 2 children.
One bedroom has a 2-persons bed. The bedrooms have wardrobes and one bedroom also has a desk.
We do not have a floor plan.
Registration at the City Hall is obliged for a family or two students.
The total exclusive rent is € 2.495,00 including service costs and furniture. There is one desk in the single room.
Tenant needs to put energy and internet on his own name.
Costs energy: about € 225,00 per month. Internet: about Euro 50,00 per month.
The black chairs in the living room have been replaced, pictures still need to be put on this website.
First rental payment has to be transferred to Housing Anywhere.
All following rental payments need to be transferred to our General Manager.
We ask one rental month deposit, to be paid directly to the owner before moving in.
